With the death of CAMR comes a new horizon. Mercury emissions will be controlled in heavy industry following the guidelines laid out in the Clean Air Act. The road will be long and, to those of us who want to see mercury contamination in our environment substantially diminished, slow. Law making is a process that if short-circuited leads to failure in the Courts, as we have seen. So I'll be at this a while.
